China (Beijing) International Glass Industry Expo. is a brand exhibition which was built by Beijing Hiven Exhibition Co., Ltd and industry authoritative organizations through their 7-year’s great effort. Over the years, under organizer's innovation and all section of society's supports, exhibition continuously steps into perfect. Based on luxuriant marketing operation experience and matured exhibition organizing system, it has become an irreplaceable platform for enterprises to promote new products and for specialists to communicate. To strengthen the exchanges & cooperation between enterprises from home and abroad, and promote the technology progress of glass industry, the 8th China (Beijing) International Glass Industry Expo. 2011 will be hold at China International Exhibition Center (Beijing) from Oct.25 to 27 in 2011. On the show, enterprises which have one-up equipments & advanced technology will be preferential invited. We will also hold activities which can promote the development of glass industry correspondingly. Welcome exhibitors to apply for holding such activities, and you decide the activity topic. Send your activity application and topic with your application & contract form to the organizing committee. We will make full effort to assist you to organize audiences and build business opportunities.
※The fee for each seminar of two hours is ¥10,000 for domestic enterprises and $3,000 for foreign ones.
Fee Rate:
1、 Standard Stand (9㎡ 3m×3m): Provided with three exhibition boards of 2.5m high and the lintel produced according to the requirement of the exhibitors, one desk and two chairs for meeting and discussion, one 220v AC socket and two spotlights.
2、 Ground Area (Minimum order 36㎡): Provided with security service and public responsible insurance. Fees for the whole period of the exhibition are listed below:

Exhibition Procedures:
1、To fill up the form of Application and Contract with the company seal, then fax or mail it to the Organizing Committee.
2、After the application has been confirmed by the Organizing Committee send 50% or all of the exhibition fee to the Organizing Committee by T/T within 10 days and fax the receipt to the Organizing Committee for check.
3、After receiving the exhibition fee, the Organizing Committee will send the invoice and the Visiting Guide to the exhibitor.
4、The distribution of the stands shall follow the principle of “First applied and paid, first arranged”.
Other Services:
1、To transact exhibit transportation and custom declaration, provide preferential accommodation and travel, and order plane and train ticket;
2、To provide tickets to customers invited by the exhibitors for free;
3、The exhibitors should apply one month in advance if they need water, power and compressed air for the exhibition on the spot.
