July 5, 2017 in StekloSouz Russia (hereinafter - CCP) held a meeting of investors and the general directors of Russian glass plants. Discussed problematic issues directly affecting the stability of the production and marketing of glass containers. The meeting was chaired by Osipova Viktora Ivanovicha, president StekloSouz Russia.
Heads of glass factories: CJSC "Aleksinskoye glass", LLC "RASCO", JSC "Light", JSC "Actis", LLC "GlassDekor", JSC "Kamyshin glass plant", JSC "Kavminsteklo", LLC "Red Echo", JSC " Balakhna glass ", LLC" CSY-Lipetsk "and others. in their speeches noted that the economic situation for the production of glass remains still very difficult.
Rapporteur proposes measures to increase the volume of consumption of container glass.
SSR invited to continue working with the Ministry of Natural Resources to revise the rates of environmental charge on the glass, as this situation has a direct impact on the volume of consumption of empties.
V. Osipov reported that on issues of concern to the Ministry of Finance of the initiatives to ban sales of glass packaging companies that do not have a license to trade in alcoholic beverages and the system of price increases on soda ash was under tariffs approved by the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation, work is being done with Industry Control.
The meeting paid special attention to the implementation of FZ-219. Head of "Soyuzintellekt" reported that in conjunction with the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "International Research Center on Environment RAS" and SRI "Human Ecology and Environmental Hygiene", on the instructions of the USSR are preparing an action plan to provide technology and expert support of the glass factory.
In addition, unanimously decided to support the government policy in terms of reducing the abuse of alcoholic products, the fight against counterfeit products as the economic crime. A number of heads of glass factories JSC "Aleksinskoye glass", JSC "Balakhna glass", OOO "North Glass Container Company" offered participants of the meeting to hear the head of the department for the production of secondary raw materials SSR resources on the status of work in this direction. By adopting a report on the work done, the meeting instructed to continue the implementation of the decisions of the meeting glass plants from 9 December 2016.
For all the participants set out on the meeting, decisions were taken. Extended Working Group (WG) was created for the execution of decisions.
