35 tempering furnaces delivered in June with an additional 30 new orders signed
NorthGlass delivers record setting number of furnaces in a single month
June was an especially busy month for Luoyang NorthGlass, with the company delivering 35 new glass tempering furnace. This sets a new record for delivered orders for the company, and their previous record highs were 27 furnaces in 2016 and 25 in 2015. The company has seen significant growth in 2017, thanks in large part to the introduction of new third generation A-Series furnaces into the market this year.
Over the past five years, the tempering furnace business unit has insisted on strengthening technology-based sales team building, flexibly coordinating members from their sales team, technical team, production team and customer service team to spare no effort to enable a number of customers to buy more than one furnace from NorthGlass.
As for the furnace workshop, the pattern of production was also changed and optimized. The company workforce was downsized by 20 percent, while the number of furnaces assembled and finished was increased by 50 percent year-on-year. With the target of high pass yield during acceptance tests, the factory put emphasis on reducing the number of defective parts at production stage.
Northglass believes that continuous technology innovation and increased production quality control will bring the company even greater success through this year and in the years to come.
