On February 27, at the suggestion of the organizers of the 2nd Forum of Innovations in the Facades and Roofs of Building Skin Russia 2018, the StroudSoyuz Association of Russia, in conjunction with the Forum management, organized a Round Table of representatives of the glass industry and the facade public. The event was held within the framework of the Forum's main events in the format of the Round Table "Translucent structures in facades and roofs. Practice and prospects. "

- Organization of sectoral interaction between producers of sheet glass and consumers, enterprises for industrial processing;
- Basic requirements for modern translucent facade structures: energy saving, dynamism, safety;

- Prospects for expanding the use in the industrial processing of high-tech types of sheet glass: special glass, high-strength heat-resistant glass (high aluminate and borosilicate), glasses with "hard" coatings
- Prospects for the market for energy-saving glass;
- Improvement of the regulatory and legal framework for the use of glass in construction;
- Organization of complex system interaction between producers of glass-based materials, products and structures with architects, designers and builders.
Forum Building Skin Russia 2018 was held for the second time, in the center of Moscow, in the two-level, modern pavilion of Danilovsky EventHALL. More than 40 speakers spoke at the events of the forum, more than 3000 visitors were registered at the forum: architects, developers, facade workers, roofers, and so on. At the forum, there were two conference-sites in parallel, on one of which StekloSouz held a Round Table. Such events make it possible to make the work on the facade market more efficient and civilized.
