(China Glass Network)“The world of glass is so wonderful and fantastic !”One of the visitors admired after visited the delicate glass works exhibited in the Glass Cultural Industrial Park of Qixian .The reporter learned that Qixian conducts active experiment in the marriage road of the modern industry and tourist industry, and have invested 30million in the first Glass Cultural Industrial Park of China. The number of visitors to the park has reached 5thousand since it opened two months ago and about one-third are from Taiyuan.
The glassware exported by Qixian enjoy high reputation both at home and abroad, and the export is mainly to Southeast Asia, South Asia ,Central Asia and North Africa ,which occupies about 22.1%in the total amount of glassware in the country. Qixian is China’s important production base for export of glassware by now and the glass industry has become one of the pillar industriesof economy in Qixian. The tourism industry issued that the construction of Glass Cultural Industrial Park not only verifies the production category ,but also plays a role in modern-driven during the present changing development time of economy。
