Taiwan Glass Group ,the largest integrated glass group in China and the second largest glass FRP company in the world is to build a new plant in Beihai City with an investment of $200million .Chairman of Taiwan Group ,Lin Bofeng came to Beihai City in person for project locating selection work and has discussed affairs about project approval, environmental assessment, incentives with related departments of the city
Taiwan Group is a company specialized in glass progressing with an rich experience of 45 years ,it has developed into a factory of the largest integrated glass group of China, the second the second largest glass FRP company in the world and the float glass company ranking sixth all over the world. The products of Taiwan Group covers fields of architectural glass, auto glass, decorative glass, glass fiber, glass container and glass progressing. Sales revenue of the company has reached $1.05 billion in 2008, which ranked sixth in the world. It’s also the only enterprise of glass industry that has entered the top 500 enterprises issued by Business Week in May, 2009.
It’s expected that the first –stage construction of Beihai City by Taiwan Group will go into construction before end of this year.
