The franchisee of the year award is presented to the franchisee who has consistently grown his business through the Glass Doctor training system and has achieved a consistently high level of success through quality and professional service.
"I recently had the chance to sit down with Brad and his wife and asked a question, 'What do you think it takes to be successful in business?' His response was immediate and direct," says Dawson. "Brad told us failure was not an option. Brad and his wife are an example to all of us that hope, faith and perseverance can overcome obstacles and realize dreams."
