HSG Takes Over Auto Glass Claims Handling for GMAC Insurance

GMAC Insurance has named HSG as its new glass claims administrator, effective today.
 
“We entered into this partnership to provide enhanced customer service to our policyholders,” says GMAC spokesperson Alston Skinner.
 
Any work performed after March 31, 2011, for GMAC customers should be invoiced and sent to HSG at P.O. Box 1550, Eau Claire, WI 54702 for processing, according to an announcement from HSG.
 
Skinner declined to comment on who previously handled the company’s auto glass claims processing and billing.
