Jiangxi Province Huifeng Glass Products Co., Ltd. is a well-known Chinese producer for glass packaging, flacons etc. for cosmetic products. Besides the production of high-quality glass products Jiangxi Huifeng also produces enhanced packaging for added value of the articles in-house. This includes various kinds of painting and print processes as well as caps and packages.
In order to increase production capacity Jiangxi Huifeng will build a new 60 tpd furnace besides the existing Furnace 1. This furnace needs to fulfil high quality criteria, but at the same time has to be highly energy efficient and low in emissions.
SORG offered a modern gas-heated regenerative end-fired furnace and won the contract. The 35 m² furnace will be designed state-of-the-art. Besides the furnace also the working end and five forehearths as well as all necessary equipment will be supplied.
