Heye International's specialists in Thailand offer training and support to customers
Heye International now offers specialist support for Thai glassmakers with a centre that has been launched to be used for training purposes for local customers. Two engineers are employed to provide detailed hot- and cold-end training and support for Heye customers. Support is available 24 hours/day, seven days/week both in Thai and English. The support also includes spare parts support and all remote services in particular, diagnostics and remote adjustments.

In recent years, Heye International has realised significant sales growth in this region, with key customers in the Philippines, Vietnam, China, Korea, Taiwanand Thailand. The majority of these installations feature Narrow Neck Press and Blow (NNPB) forming process technology as an alternative to conventional blow-blow production methods. This equipment is assisting customers to increase production speeds and save energy, while also improving returns on investment through the production of lighter containers.
