NanaWall Systems, a company specializing in opening glass walls, has announced the availability of a new glass wall system known as NanaWall WA67. The product features a foam layer and triple glazing to fulfill the requirements of Passive House.
The NanaWall WA67 folding glass wall system has an argon filled Low E triple glaze coating. It has a U-value of .17 certified by NHRC and a Solar Heat Gain Coefficient rating of .26. The product meets the demands of Energy Star rating for all locations in Canada and the U.S. It comes with high air and water resistance features. Autonomous tests performed on both in-swing and out-swing models fitted with a raised till pointed out that the wall system is resistant to water leakage at 68 miles per hour. Air infiltration was also found to be lesser than the permissible limit.
The WA67 offers an easy-to-use solution to architectural openings in sizes ranging from 3 to 39 ft and comes in over 50 piling shapes. The product is available in various wood options for interior applications and comes in over 200 aluminum decorative finishes for exterior applications.
