Reporter: Now the glass industry competition has entered the white-hot stage; low-e glass raised boom. However, many people feel fuzzy about it.
Manager Li: That's right, in Europe and the United States, the whole low-e start from scratch, from research to popularity for more than 20 years’ history. The system is very perfect. Now you can buy in the supermarket; and it belongs to the public products. In domestic, it developed for ten years; but some of the policies are fuzzy, so that many people are still confined to the concept colorless, transparent, and the most basic application concept. With the launch of state and local relevant energy-saving policies, many big cities like first-tier and second tier cities are going on the road of Low-e glass.
Reporter: All the products must go through from the start, mature steady process. From this year, some strong glass enterprises launched low-e glass product line, seeked out and expanded low-e glass market.
Manager Li: That's right. This is the embodiment of capacity growth. With Chinese economic development and encourage and promotion of general good energy-saving policies, low-e glass application field expands. But low-e glass requires high level equipments and much more investments, many small and medium enterprises can not meet the requirements of investment and technology. It is very common.
Reporter:At present what height has the whole low-e market demand reached?
Manager Li: Demand exceeds supply in our line. The present market is initial outbreak.
Many enterprises are looking for partners. This is a huge potential market from the view of market principle.
Reporter: Does it have regional limitations?
Manager Li: Yes, although low-e glass has strong function, it belongs to the fragile articles. There is limitation in transportation, logistics cost so that manyenterprises will set up branch or office for another place.
Reporter:What are the market position and structure?
Manager Li: Firstly, we do not carry out feverish price war. We will keep quality and service as the operation core. To be frankly, we gained a very good reputation in glass industry.
Reporter: We realized that many companies confront recruitment trouble, what about your company?
Manager Li: It is very common that transfer of personnel for each enterprise. One skillful worker is better than many new workers. We always consider employees’ welfare as the significant position. This is our philosophy.
