Safelite AutoGlass is expanding its presence in Tampa, Fla., with a new distribution facility.
On September 15, company officials say they will relocate the current Tampa warehouse to a new location in northern Tampa. The new 33,000-square-foot facility will house an inventory of 10,000 parts, and also has a service shop with four service bays.
The existing store will continue to serve the South area of Tampa, according to the company.
"Safelite AutoGlass庐 is committed to serving customers in the Tampa area, and this larger SuperCenter will allow us to have more inventory on hand to service customers," says Amiee Nickerauer, Safelite's local general manager. "Keeping people safe while they are in their vehicles is a key component to Safelite's approach to the business." Richard Oliver serves as the store manager, overseeing a staff of 20.
