J&S Machine Inc. will display its new CR126HAIM hydraulic aluminum profile bending machine, featuring three driven rolls in a pyramidal configuration, at GlassBuild America: The Glass, Window & Door Expo, Sept. 12-14. The CR126HAIM uses inverters to control the roller rotation and position speeds, allowing for smooth transitions between multiple radii. It operates in the horizontal or vertical bending plane, and uses bend data to automatically calculate positions for desired radii. After testing and storing bend results, the control determines the correct position of the roller to achieve the desired radius. Using a material detection photocell, CR126HAIM reduces material loading time with feed-distance programming.
