What is more, the committee has a discussion on the key link including competition agenda, organization forms of opening ceremony and closing ceremony, reception and expert review etc. Meanwhile, they has made the work procedure plan, clear about the important timing notes, and get the contacts and coordination, operational funds guarantee, publicizing secretary, technology, equipments and facilities, meeting reception, supervising secrecy and safety guarantee into details. They would like to carry out their responsibilities in the hope of a successful competition.
